Need Digital Camera Recommendations Please
 

Looking to give a gift to a relative and I'm looking for a decent digital camera in the $500 range that offers multiple frames per second, quick boot up time.

I found the Nikon D70 that seems awesome but it is around $1300.


Any recommendatations for the $500 range?

If you need a pocket camera, I'd go with a sony ... for pro cams, canon make really good ones
