Question for GFY chicks

I went out for 5 years with a girl. Last year we splitted up and after a little while we became friends again.

4 months a go we her, me and my new girlfriend went to a restaurant dicussed and laugh for like 4 hours. Two weeks later she hated me like hell. Now she don't even reply to me or just bitch me an answer when I call home to speak to her brother...

Can you explain to me why did she, for no apparent reason, made a 180 degree switch ???

(P.S. I don't love her any moore ... it's just that I feel like I lost a good friend)

Thats a tough one to figure. Makes no sense.

Because she thinks you are an asshole. That would be my first guess. Maybe she thinks your sausage is a bit on the cocktail weiner side? That would be my second :2 cents: :Graucho

mayb she still like u and shes jealous of ur new gf.... hmm u should know that we r (women) kinda comlplicated! sometimes we prefer to live so fuckin sad or mad before tell to a man wot da hell is going on!! :1orglaugh

qw12er 12-19-2004 01:36 PM

Some of my friends think she is jealous because I've been dating a lot of women since then... (9 in a year).

Could that be the reason ? (Her brother probably told her cause I meat a lot of girl while clubbing with him.)

Some other friends think they started to love me again ... and since she knows she can't get back with me than she choosed to hate me instead ? I found that theory kind of strange ... but could that be it ?

tinytina 12-19-2004 01:36 PM

I'd have to say it's probably jealousy. You let her meet your new girl, she sees how well you are treating the other girl and gets pissed. Nevermind the fact that you laughed together the enitre night - women are crazy like that. They can want to kill each other but still act like best friends. And it doesn't necessarily mean she still has feelings for you (although that is a possibility), she just sees that you are giving someone else the love/attention that was once hers and she hate it. :2 cents:

She's jealous of your hapiness with your new girl. Every time she sees you it reminds her of when she was your girlfriend. Best to not see her again, at least until she's over you.

two questions:

1. Did you at anytime go to the bar, toliet, etc and leave the two of them alone.

2. What did you talk about when all three of you were together. If you at all said anything she might take as lessening your relationship (even as a joke) it may have tripped things in her head.

I don't remember but I don't think I've leaved them alone ...

and Yes I did make a lot of joke on our passed relationship, but she look ok with it ... (I leaved her because she told me she loved an other man ... so if anyone should have been upset, it'd be me ...)

qw12er 12-19-2004 01:52 PM

but now my question is should I write her to ask for explainations or I would just make things worst ?

(it really bother me than a girl after 5 years of love and 6 months as a friend could turn her back on me for no reason... I don't really have a family so friendship really matter to me and losing a friend is always painful)

chase 12-19-2004 01:56 PM

It hurts her to see you, so it's easier to hate you than admit she made a mistake. Her level of maturity is not at a point where she can take responsibility for her actions and be honest with her feelings, so let it go, honey.
In time, either she will grow up and be able to let the past go, including what she did to mess things up, or it just won't matter to you anymore if she does or not.

Maybe it took her going out with you and your new girlfriend to realize she can't be friends with you. For most people it's usually all or nothing... very VERY hard to maintain a friendship with an ex. There's so much tension and sometimes unresolved feelings. If you do not want to ever be with her again or whatever the case may be... let it go. Let her move on 100% and you move on. It just won't work if there's any type of tension or feelings between you 2, especially if it's one sided.

agreed

unless you have some hope of a future romantic relationship with this girl, you and she have to make a 100% clean break

it sucks but that's how life is

Webmasters2005 12-19-2004 02:13 PM

Stop farting and you get her back :1orglaugh

ok but the question is how do you make realize her that she still have tensions/feelings ? On my side it's really clear ... so it's not an issue
