Still Havent Smoked

whooohooo its been 1 month since I quit smoking and I feel great. I encourage all that smokes to STOP! Hell I may quit sodas too and wat more green stuff, hehe not so fast! LoL I am happy that I have quit but I did gain 21 lbs in a month. Food has never tasted so good! I guess its time to hit the gym and buff up! Just wanted to post a update.

Fucking weird man. I quit a month ago as well (Nov 19th 7 days before Thanksgiving).

Congrats!

& I didn't even realize it had been a whole month! Awsome.

I went cold turkey 4 months ago and never looked back. I still smoke pot and drink, though.

Smoking is a good habit to quit... I once quit everything for about 3 months. No beer, no soda, no smokes and no wacking off...

I went to bed at 10pm from being overwhelmingly tired (I normally fall asleep about 4am). I awoke at 6am feeling refreshed and upbeat. Able to retain fact and recall them. Able to focus.

I kept my room/office clean and ironed my shirts after washing them. I hung them up and shined my shoes. Shaved everyday and bathed too. Got a haircut once a week...

I still don't smoke (cigarettes, cloves or cigars) anymore... Obviously I am back on the 4am schedule... so apparently cigarettes were not the cause of that delima.

That's not a bad thing to achieve...
The better Your mind works, the higher revenues You can acheive as a self-employed.. :winkwink:

About the schedule there:
I've been through the exact same issues and I'm pretty sure it's due to either sugar or caffeine (coke/coffee)..
maybe both fucks it up.

Try to take those things out, isolate the reasons. :thumbsup
