iPods!

Got mine today. Pretty cool.

The IRiver is nice as well. But I went for the iPod instead.

I love my ipod and buy most of my music from itunes rather then cds... but I have no good way to listen to it in my car... the tape adapter sucks and always breaks and the fm modulator doesn't sound good either... plus I have a stock stereo. There are companies that make inputs that hook to the cd changer input but they haven't made one for my car.

I have a creative Nomad Zen something or other. I love it. It's amazing how it's changed how I listen to music.

sickkittens 12-18-2004 08:43 PM

I like my iRiver. I use the radio more than mp3's though.

You will not go wrong with an Ipod, it is the standard and it is great.

iPods rock :thumbsup

I know im a little out of the loop here, but are ipods essentially mp3 players? Do you need a mac to download the songs? why are they so great? etc:)

buddyjuf 12-18-2004 10:34 PM

I hope they made some significant improvements to the 3rd generations, because the 1st and 2nd generations had many glitches and HORRIBLE battery life...

I am an Iriver fan myself, no matter how good the Ipods look

An iPod is a high-end mp3 player that has become a fashion accessory much like cell phones have. Works with mac or pc.
