Two real-estate agents fined $20,000 for failing to tell perspective buyers that the house they were selling had been the site of a triple homicide.

Sick I didnt know they have to tell you.

yeah, I know they have to tell you if there is anything wrong with the house. So I am assuming that would fall under that category.

probably depends on the state laws, here in michigan they dont have to tell you that. if theres a leaky roof or a broken furnace, they have to put it in the disclosure statement.
