Will my galleries get rejected if I do my movies in .wmv format?
 

the software im using only exports as .wmv.
is that ok or will I get rejected a lot for using this format in my galleries?

No. I use wmv for all my movie galleries and have so for years.

Your galleries won't be, but your surfers who don't use windows will be.

I'm guessing that most surfers have and use Windows Media.
That's all I use in my site and have never had any problems.

what % of surfers dont use windows?

Why exclude any % if you can help it? If you get 1 sale a month from someone who uses a mac or linux.... isn't it worth it?

the software im using is super easy to understand.
I tried Premiere but it was confusing, and never did what I wanted, and the movies would be too heavy. I could never get a 10 second clip to be under a 1.4 megs.

with wmv I get good quality and half the weight.

I dont understand, what player will play mpg's but not wmv's?
quicktime? real?

Why would you get rejected?
