BUT it has links on there that lead to other pages that are hundreds of pages deep!

tons of pages, tons of keywords, tons of content (yes its in there), tons of relevant backlinks ...

That is one weak layout.

Once you get some traffic i suggest trying iwantu instead of redpersonals.. you'll find MUCH better conversions.. same for dating gold they do really shitty with foreign traffic.

You need to put more relevant keywords on the "State Singles" pages. Like on Florida singles, you need a lot more keywords/links pertaining to the Florida keywords you want. Give it time and you'll get traffic.
