Personally I think any parent posting pics of their child on GFY (other then maybe really really young baby pics) is showing a complete lack of parental guidance and a total lack of any sense what so ever.

the chances of some crazy fucker coming at me with a gun - shooting me - taking my daughter are greater than anything every happening due to the fact i posted my daughters picture on a message board

I could give a shit if someone's beating it to a pic of my dog, but I wouldn't want to put up with comments from trolls and other various attention whores. I don't care to sift through all the CP comments that will inevitably come up, so I'll avoid it by showing my kid's pics only to people who say they want to see them. Besides, I find it obnoxious when parents won't shut up about their kids and force their kid's pics on everyone that's within shouting distance. :2 cents:

You mind seems to work in one direction. The dead end is near.

The adult industry is also work and marketing based. Business goes on here, and people like to share personal experiences or personal pictures with others. Chances are the ones posting the pictures know other forum members personally, and posted it mainly to share with those individuals.

So maybe you should look at yourself, before telling others to open their mind.

I think we are all normal adults and a picture of a child on GFY is the same as a picture of a child on a medic board or anywhere else so I don't have any problems with it.

I'd suggest that person would have those thoughts generally regardless of them being a reader of this board.

This isn't a magnet for CP and i don't think you have that type of person reading the board looking for it. I don't think this board would incite such behaviour any more than other boards (even if its content is of a sexual nature).

Those points aside, i personally would not post pictures of my children (or anyone's children) on this board or any other.

There are several people in this biz that I know for many years, consider FAMILY - and they do know my kids. They are the exceptions to the rule.

I may be friendly with 100's of people in this business and genuinely like each and every one, but that does not mean I'd want my kids meet them or to be influenced by their behavior.

I would not bring my kids to an industry BBQ, no way! There's no reason to have my kids around a bunch of "alcohol swilling" and possibly pot smoking and other drug inducing partying adults!

It's not necessary nor appropriate IMHO.

Personally, I do not judge what other adults do - and I have done my share of crazy shit - but there's no reason to expose my kids to any of it!

Now in terms of pictures. Why should a bunch of webmasters even know what my kids look like? I mean wtf? Seriously?
