My laptop died... help!
 

It will not charge or work on AC power (when I plug the AC adapter in the LED indicators on the machine do not turn on).

It wont run on when the battery is taken out and the AC adpater is plugged in.

If I try to recharge the battery it takes 3+ days to get less than a minute of battery life.

Another thing I noticed is that the LED light on the AC adapter is blinking (barely noticable)

What could be the problem.

My guess is the AC adapter, im hoping someone might know for sure.

How old is it? it could be dirt shorting out the inside. Fill up the tub with *warm* water, get some soap.. dishwashing liquid is best on electronics.. scrub everything with an old toothbrush.. be sure to scrub real good under the hard drive.. rinse and hang dry

take the charger down to a pc shop and ask them to test it. also you battery may have gone awoL.....
