Use a company to send out checks to affiliates when cascading? or do it yourself?

If you have cascade billing using both CCBILL and PAYCOM lets say, how do you pay your affiliates? you cant have ccbill and paycom each send a check to your affiliates seperatly, you want to send them out 1 check for the combined amount, so how do people usually do this?

Do they use a company to send the checks out for them? if so, Which companies? Or do it themselves, which I would imagine is a hassle?

Bump. How come business threads get no replies around here anymore, but the "I just caught my dog masturbating" threads go 4 pages?

your affiliate software should generate a report based on the comissions your webmasters earned

usually you (or an accountant) can import this into something like quickbooks and print checks, addresses, etc... stuff an envelope and mail

I believe WTS offers something called SwiftPay where you send them a report, they will debit your bank account and pay out your affiliates from their end. With a small fee of course.

Great, thanks Tical! Now my question is, If you have 100+ affiliates, and you are paying out weekly, is there any companies that will take care of the payments for you, or do you do it yourself?

I mean the big boys like silvercash for example, who does their payouts? Do all of them do it inhouse, or can you outsource such a thing safely?

there should be no difference if you have 100+ affiliates or 10000, pay weekly or monthly, I think WTS can take care of it each time. And big companies have almost everything "inhouse", checks too.

Good business thread. This is such an easy question to answer but notice how no one who owns a program has really answered?

I guess they figure, "I'm not going to help this guy, let him do his own research".

Lol :glugglug

I suppose that you can do it yourself but once it gets over 250 affiliates go to WTS...

Personally, I'd dump it on someone else to sort out. Can you really afford the time for that clerical shit?

Tho still keep an eye on it! :-)

yes, thats a good point,I have been thinking about that as well. I guess it's looking like WTS is the bets choice, unless there is another company that can do the job for cheaper or better?

justsexxx 12-24-2004 09:42 AM

Many companies use achbill swiftpay. There are no other companies that can do this as far as I know.

Most real big companies do this in house. Just look at the rate you have to pay, when it's like 10000 usd a month, you might hire someone inhouse. I would be carefull with unknown outsoure companies, since paying affiliates is one of the most important things.
