EPASSPORTE site is too VAGUE! Who can help me with 2 questions I have in this thread?
 

2 simple questions about EPASSPORT that I cannot get a clear answer on their website.

1. I process with Paycom. I have affiliates. They want to be paid via EPASSPORT. What kind of EPASSPORT account/card do I need to pay my affiliates? I am assuming there is different types of EPASSPORT accounts, one for regular people to shop and use like paypal, and one for program owners to use to send money to their affiliates. Am I wrong on this?

2. What is the URL for me to sign up for the above EPASSPORT account? Is there an easier way of getting one?
