CCBILL -> support team : bunch of lyers
I am buying content right now.
Just bought 2 times this morning. I have around 8000$ left on my credit card. CCBILL 's sytem : Your card is decline by bank. Please try different card. ( I tried 3 times in a row with 2 different cards ) Me phoning CCBILL : - What's up with your system ? My card is getting refused and I don't understand why... Chris from CCBILL ( With a very unfriendly sleepy voice ): - There is nothing I can do sir... phone your bank. They decline your card because they think it is a fraudulent purchase. Me : - Sure ? ok thanks, I'll phone them right now. Me phoning my bank : - Hi ! I m having a problem blah blah blah... Very kind and friendly lady at the bank : - We didn't refuse any transaction sir. I just see that you bought 2 times this morning, if our system refused a transaction, I would see it. Their (CCBill ) system didn't even let the purchase go through our system. Me : - Really ? are you sure ? Friendly ladie from my bank : - 100% sure ! If we'd refuse a transaction, I would see it on my screen. Webmasters : You are loosing a bunch of money with this crap system and their support guy names Chris is a lyer or someone very uncompetent. |

CCBill is hot and cold, sometimes they have great service, but most the time they don't. I tried to get standard paperwork straightened out with them for 6 months and finally just gave up and left like it is... All I know is I made Epoch the first processor for at least one affiliate program I am in, and the difference was noticed immediately. |

two words, merchant account :Graucho

ccbill have denied my credit cards (both AU and US cards) for years. Very few transactions have passed through their system.
Ibill on the other hand......... every fucking transaction goes through... even totally fake info is passed. Might help explain the chargebacks. You might also find processors will deny your card after X number of transactions. |

Unfortunately, Epoch doesn't count clicks as far as I know(not that it really matters, there seems to be no consistency in click counting across programs anyway :)) |
Shit happens.
At least they are on it |

IBill are a joke... I told them at Internext in June 2001 that I wouldn't use them for my sites because they always rejected my cc as their system didn't recognise my UK zip/post code. Their guy told me to coantact him when I got back to the UK, which I did and he had no recollection of our long conversation the day before... DUH. It took them a year to fix that problem ... !!! As has already been stated some banks deny cards if a few on line transactions are made in a short space of time, due to possible fraud. I've had this happen with my US card a few times. My problem being in the UK, is that a lot of companies here, like our Telcoms and Electricity companies only accept UK cc's and so I can never pay a bill with my American one... I had to go to an ATM today to draw cash to pay my phone bill... LOL As for CCBill... I even had Corvett help me over a weekend with a recent query.. Sorry CHMOD but as far as this UK webmaster is concerned.. Their support is second to no one.. If it was I wouldn't have been with them almost 6 years... And they have put up with a lot of crap from me during this time.. :) |
I was looking with CCbill why I still have the same sign up range with Ibill then CCbill even if Ibill is my second processor ! I KNOW WHY NOW !:helpme
|
CCBill :thumbsup
|
Hmm... this is not good. ccbill better fix this
|
CCBill are great - and we process 1000s with em week in week out, but I also have 3 out of my 4 cred cards rejected when I go for a buy with CCbill,. I dont even bother trying now if I see a ccbill join page. All other processors accept me. Maybe cause its american based charge cards im using from outside of the states.
Eitherway CCbill do a great job with our cbacks which hold at 0.02 month in month out or less on volume!! :thumbsup |

It's this new-fangled technology called scrubbing :)
More likely than not, your card has a black mark on it for some reason....maybe you've done many chargebacks withit in the past, maybe other reasons, maybe it's just a glitch... Either way, CCBill support has always been awesome and very quick for me :thumbsup |

ok young lady here is what most likly is going on
you are a guy that likes to chargeback you live in some country that has a history of stolen cards you didnt enter your address right etc. i dont give 2 shits about scrubbing when you have your own merchamt account and you see how much fraud you get hit with youll understand untill then go eat somethin |
Bunch of lyers??????
Thats one way to get people motivated to help you out. Insult them personally. Do you realize Corvett would have helped you even if you didnt call him a lyer? |
