I'm shocked to see some German guy has received 15 refunds at once, they belong to one subscription that started in September 2003. How on earth it is possible to get refunds for 15 months in a row??? One person can boost up your refund/revenue ratio this way.

That's really knockdown. Ask ibill, if they have time to answer. Maybe someone pushed the wrong button. I thought refunds are only possible for a special period.
