What's the deal?
 

I produce content, I'm an online developer, graphics designer, kitchen sink- I have a completely ridiculous skill set (except for server administration- which is still byzantine and scary) and have for the last couple of years have been more and more getting into adult internet biz and am now taking into account just what the "right" way to do it actually entails.

I have a pretty good production staff, good equipment and a content base that ranges from absolute crap to (in my oppinion) excellent quality video/photo content.

I'm not completely inexperienced- My past project was an online amature live streaming video webcam pseudo community site that was very successful until our billing provider pulled the rug out from under us- leaving the operation with too little financing to get back up to speed while still providing service to our existing subscribers.

It's safe to say that the success of the first operation was sort of a fluke- I was lucky enough to have a good initial investor- very cutting edge technology and be on a first name basis with the development staff that were working on it.

So here is the deal. I need one or more advisors that I can rely on to help me make the right choices about things like billing services, content format and genere, etc. It would also be nice if they had a little experience with PHP/HTML whatever so they can understand the implications of something like-- integrating an IPN or effective navigation.

If you're interested- I'd be more than happy to provide up-front compensation as well as a percentage from the ventures they have helped to succeed.
