How to collect addresses from Yahoo-mail inbox??

Is there any script or a software that can collect all email addresses from my Yahoo email inbox???

I am changeing my email address and I want everybody to know wich one it is. But i have like 500 mails and I really don't want to send to each and every one separately.

Why don't just send 1 mail to everyone in your address book?
