Seems polite enough. What is wrong with the e-mail?

I suspect, without knowing the details of this particular example that the reference to 'relevance' is completely wrong and a lame attempt at getting their foot in the door with more polite spam.

I get these kind of requests which have nothing to do with my site. The ones I have the most difficulty with are the so-called link brokers who 'know a customer' who 'may' be interested in linking with me.

And, only by opting into their spam will they send the site in question.
