Taser guns use by police: Yes or No?
 

People complained that cops were too brutal when using their stick, so they found this "miracle" weapon, the taser gun. But now it seems like people are not happy about tasers anymore.

If I were to get shit faced and stupid and accidentally swing at a cop or something, I'd rather be shot with a taser than be given 20 thumps on the head with a nightstick (The Coronado police don't care much for Squid / Marine fights) or worse shot with a real gun.

considering the fact when police use a taser or stun gun on a "suspect"..its not considered"use of deadly force" but instead its called "non-lethal force"..woulndt it also be true that if a "suspect " were to taser or stung gun a cop it should also be consided a lesser charge than say stabbing or shooting a cop?:1orglaugh

I say the cops should just execute people on the streets... It's slowly headed that way anyhow.. why waste time

We could have Street Judges... we'll have cops that are judge jury and executioner.

If they are not abused by the cops, which will be difficult to control.

I dont fuck around so i wont get into problems with the cops. If they use that thing on you its MOST likely your own fault.

I dont break the law, so I dont really care what they do to criminals. Seeing how cops are doing a lot of gritty work with shitty pay, I'd prefer them to have whatever is best for them to do their job. If they like tasers, so be it!

you generally only need to zap someone once, a baton leaves broken bones and sever damage and depdning where you hit, you don't always get knocked unconscious.
