Interesting point I never thought about that. They are facing alot of liability because their board doesn't seem to be moderated. From what I understand the guy who runs it is figuring it out as he goes and not very experienced...Great Idea though

the reason why it's so popular is because the members don't know it's run by a corporation and part of a masterplan with VC funding, etc. Most members think it's run by a couple of guys just like "hot or not". LOL. the site grew thru viral marketing and still flying under-the-radar for most people and competitors.
