Anyone know WTF Qbot Holdings is and what they want with Globill???
So I just got a notice from the bankruptcy court in Utah saying that something called Qbot Holdings is buying Globill for $2,500 because that is its fair market value. They do not outline what its assets are, but they sure owe me more than $2,500 so I guess debts are not included. The notion of anyone buying a transaction company that can't do transactions any more seems fishy and I was wondering if anyone had the 411 on this.

Globill filed bankruptcy papers. If you did not respond to the creditor notice to outline your claim and the deadline has passed your out of luck unless you can move the Court to allow your late filing.

Maybe they still own the domain and the scripts/software that ran the billing side of it?

I would guess the webmaster/customer database. Would be a nice list for the mailers.

I filed a claim, but was told they had no assets. Because I filed papers, I received a notice that they were selling Globill for $2,500 and I could top the bid if I want, as I think could others if they were interested. Does anyone think the Globill software and webmaster list is worth $2,500? I think most of the webmaster list got out already anyway. |
