It's at a big lakeside house with a few acres to mess around on.
Party will be held inside on the patio/pool area and out back on the lake.
The contests and fireworks will be out back.

Usually parties there have been able to handle 4-500 people without a problem.

I should have a list on the site of some hotels by tomorrow.

There are plenty right there on US19, I just need to look up some specific ones.

And if you go to the map on the site, it'll take you the MapQuest page and you can look up a bunch of hotels that are within 2 miles of the house.
