As most of you know, I am getting out of the business, and I am selling out everything I have. One of those things is CSWCash.com. This is a fully operational program and all the work is done on it. It's been up for only a short time, but is showing some really strong growth in that time. Some of the features are as follows:

Cash Program domain - with affiliate database (don't ask me to give you just the database, this isn't happening), affiliate scripts, ad materials, and more.
CSWGalleries - Hosted Gallery Domain full of hosted galleries and hosted gallery script
Members area domain - used for members area support, obviously
20 Paysites - full paysites, most come with PSDS with the exception of the ones that were lost in a crash and can't be relocated via designers.
Content, all content is included in this, I have talked to the Providers of the content and they have given me permission to transfer ownership of it because I won't be needing it anymore. There is a lot of content there, enough to do updates for probably a year or more, possibly 2 years. Some content is exclusive, some non-exclusive, some semi-exclusive. There isn't enough space here to list it all.

I have a price in mind on this, but it is negotiable like everything else is.... LOL
PLEASE don't contact me unless you are serious about it, if you just want to know what I have and have no intentions of actually buying it or condsidering buying it, then please don't waste your time or mine. And do NOT ask me for my webmaster database or a list of my webmasters so you "know who is promoting the program", this is NOT going to happen and the only person that will get this is the person who buys the program, bottom line, so don't even ask me about that. I'll give you a number of affiliates but I will NOT release any affiliate information.

I am anxious to get this transferred to the new owners, so I will entertain any reasonable, serious offers. I need to get on with things and I don't have a lot of time left on this, so I am more than willing to work with anyone SERIOUS about this. This is a fully operational program, as mentioned and the price is reasonable on it, but I am obviously not going to give it away.

To anyone serious about this, I expect that any information given to you will be kept confidential, as I would treat any info you give me the same way. But please understand, this is not something that is going to be or expected to be posted all over the net, this is my business and yours and I expect it to be treated as such.

is there any sort of CMS installed on the paysite to make them automated?

are you using your own custom script or something like nats or mpa?

Also do you have members that are recurring and what billing company are they with, is that included in the deal?

One least question, do you have any legal stuff against the company, or your sites? sorry I have to ask, I have bought alot of stuff before and all of the sudden a legal issue arises.

Yes on this one... I am using the paysite manager from Awizsoft.com and it's pretty nice. You can run as many domains on one server on one copy of it. It makes the thumbs and so on for you. :)

triumph..... yes I have a custom affiliate script, it was made for me.
Yes I have members and recurring... and I use CCBill and Paycom
No legal issues to be dealing with. This is all in my name and there are no legal issues that would ever need your attention on anything. :winkwink:

Some of the sites are set to update automatically 2 to 3 times a week until October 2005 I believe.
