How do you direct a failed password/username login attempt to a page of your choosing... instead of getting the apache "authorization required" page?

oh, and one tip for those paysite owners who were not already aware of this...

many password trading sites, advocate the use of "safeweb" or similar web-anon sites, so their login is all from one ip addy

It might not be a bad idea, to ban all of these ip's in your password screening software
