do you put it down on a piece of paper what you want to accomplish?

Well, I'm definately an over organized geek because I printed out the seminar and party schedules ,put them into a file folder and also have a list of cell phone #'s for everyone I'm gonna meet up with , etc.

hehe

I can't wait !

And packing is another story .... LOL

Yes... preparation and a good strategy are key. I tend to find myself 'adjusting' such things rather a lot once I'm in the thick of things though!
