20% of men who think they are fathers are not.
20% of men who think they are fathers are not.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Random DNA checks prove that 20% of men who think they are father are not. This statistic is truly shocking. There's a whole evolutionary game theory worked out to explain this. Simply put, a woman wants to bind a man into a monogamous relationship so he provides food and resources for her and her children, while she maximizes the genetic diversity of her children by having them with several different men. DNA test at childbirth should be required to determine the actual paternity. From the Guardian, 1998-07-14: "More than 25 years ago the consultant obstetrician E E Phillipp reported to a symposium on embryo transfer that blood tests on between 200 and 300 women in a town in the south-east of England revealed that 30 per cent of their children could not have been fathered by the men whose blood groups had also been sampled". From the Dallas Morning News 1999-10-31: "DNA Diagnostics Center ? an industry leader, says 30 percent of the men it tests prove to be misidentified. Similar numbers come from the Texas attorney general's office, which enforces child support: About a quarter of the men who disputed paternity in the last year turned out to be right. In Florida, the proportion was one-third". From the Sunday Times 2000-01-23: "David Hartshorne, spokesman for Cellmark, said that in about one case in seven, the presumed father turns out to be the wrong man". From the Santa Barbara News-Press 2000-02-27: "For the population as a whole, "The generic number used by us is 10 percent," said Dr. Bradley Popovich, vice president of the American College of Medical Genetics. [15 to 25 % has been determined from blood tests of parents and offspring in Canada and the US.]" From The Age 2000-03-26: "About 3000 paternity tests are carried out a year in Australia. In about 20 per cent of cases the purported father is found to be unrelated to the child. This figure is estimated to be 10 per cent in the general community". From The REPORT Newsmagazine 2000-04-24: "The rate of wrongful paternity in "stable monogamous marriages," according to the Max Planck Institute in Munich, Germany, ranges from one in 10 with the first child to one in four with the fourth". From the Independent 2000-05-12: "... biologists Robin Baker and Mark Bellis ... review of paternity studies also suggested frequent infidelity, with extra-pair paternity running between 1.4 per cent and 30 per cent in different communities". From The Globe and Mail 2000-05-20: "Anecdotal evidence suggests these numbers bear out in Canada as well?. Maxxam Analytics in Guelph, Ont., performs approximately two paternity tests a day. And according to Dr. Wayne Murray, head of the human DNA department, one out of four men who come in pointing a finger at their spouse is not the biological father of the child in question". From the Sunday Times 2000-06-11: "More than 250,000 tests a year are now conducted in America, and about 15,000 in Britain.... roughly 30% of men taking the tests discover that they are not the fathers of the children they regarded as their own. In the wider community, social scientists say up to 1 in 20 children are not the offspring of the man who believes himself to be their father". From the Observer 2000-09-03: "One study followed couples waiting for NHS fertility treatment, where the men were 'azoospermic', meaning they produced no sperm and were totally infertile. The researchers found that 25 per cent of the women became pregnant before fertility treatment started". From the American Association of Blood Banks - 2001-02-26: "The overall exclusion rate for 1999 was 28.2% for accredited labs. Exclusion rates for non-accredited US and foreign labs were slightly less at 22.7% and 20.6% respectively". |

Bitches ...

If most woman didnt do it on purpose it wouldn't be so bad but sometimes they'll do anything to sink thier nails into a guy :(
|
Not only that, but there are courts which are making the non-biological fathers pay child support if they raised the kids.
It's a tough situation and quite frankly, I blame the mothers - they knew damn good and well when they had sex and with whom. At the VERY least, they knew it could be a different father than the one they're saying it is. |
so then there is a chance that at least 4 of my 11 guatemalan children may not be mine!!!!!!
|
That is truly sad. And I commend the men that pay for children that aren't biologically theirs...but then again, that's what family is all about. And children deserve nothing less than the world.

The courts do screw over the men also a friend of mine went from making $20 an hour to a job that paid $10, but the court said he had to pay the same amount. Which he does. It leaves nothing left for him and the mother just spends it on herself. It's seems the dead beats make it harder on the men who take care of their children. |
this is why us men have to wrap it up
never ever let one of these greedy bitches slip one past you |
Sad stat for those who really thought that their kid was really thiers.

all the lying, deceit & divorce in this country is dangerous. at some point we'll become a nation of inbreeders, and wont even know it.

Well that would explain the maury povich show every day there si a paternty test show...
|
There's actually a bill in the California legislature giving men the right to dispute paternity in child support cases IF they file within an x period of time.

I'm gonna have my shit cut. Until then I'll never go without a condom, and I'm constantly checking the thing to make sure it hasn't broke. Ive already had 2 or 3 girls try to trap me.
I'm never having kids. Whats the point? I'm only 23 and have been through some shit (GF passed away, brother locked up, 20 yr old 1st cousin murdered, 24 yr old 1st cousin death in accident leaving behind kids etc etc period ) and I come from a huge tight knit upper middle class family. I know your supposed to take the bad with the good but why put another human being through this fucking cold world we live in? Sorry for changing the topic just thought I'd vent. Fuck bringing life into this miserable world, Fuck bitches who try to put kids on you, and fuck this world. :321GFY I feel better now :glugglug |
So there are 20% more whores in the world:winkwink:

wow... from different mother? those 11 were all first child? |
heh, I dont believe that. 20% is just too much. Or maybe every girl is a fucking slut.... :/
|
Women are fucking sluts. Well, at least 20-30% of them are. Thank God :Graucho
|
I think lying to a guy about being the father of a child is one of the most evil things a woman could ever do. I don't believe "it was an accident, I didn't know" is an acceptable excuse. She shouldn't have been having unprotected sex with more than one guy at a time to have that excuse available.

Doesn't surprise me one bit. Just look around.:2 cents:
|
I knew they wernt mine ;)
j/k as long as i know i dont have any jr.'s runnin around pete |

yeah, and there's also the 20% of men who have no clue they DO have children in this world....whether the mom's didn't tell them, or they deny it....
|
In most cases, ya'll are totally correct-chicks should admit they were banging more than one dude at the time...but the men should be saying, yeah, there's a chance, but I don't think it's me, instead of saying 100% they are not the father. Same reason, they were at least one of the guys banging her, so there's a chance.
But I just wanted to point something out that happened to me, and probably accounts for some of those statistics... I was 16, and my first boyfriend, first person I had sex with, too, broke up w/ me b/c he was going into boot camp. I met a guy who said he was 19, and we hung out a few times, and he was a perfect gentleman, so after a few weeks, we were drinking together, and either I passed out and he had sex with me or blacked out and consented, because I do not remember a thing about it. He never said a word about it, and I woke up fully dressed in my bed, not even feeling that ewwww feeling the next day like I usually do after having sex (I'm married now, so I have unprotected sex and I always feel kinda yucky the next day, IYKWIM). I found out I was pregnant a few months later, and I assumed it was my ex-bf, told the new guy that I was preggo, he still never said a word, and told him I had to stop hanging out with him b/c the ex and I were going to try to get back together and see if we could make it work. Fast forward to when the baby's a year old, and we do a test, and what do you know-my bf is NOT the father. I freaked out on him-I thought he sent someone else to give DNA! I demanded a retest and this time we went in at the same time, so I know it was legit. Same result. So, the child support worker told me that this happens a lot, and I needed to think of any time I had been drinking or doing drugs with anyone other than my bf around that time, and the afore mentioned guy was the ONLY one, so I told them, and a DNA test later, turns out HE is the father. Of course he says I consented, and maybe I did...I can't really be sure because I was drinking. But as it turned out, he was 24, not 19, too, so he really should have known better, too. Anyway, he turned out to be a good dad, and I can't hold anything against him b/c I don't really know what happened. He passed away in a car accident two years ago, and I only wish I had known from the start so he could have been more involved with my son from the start instead of at 4 years old when the test was finally done. So, just wanted to point out that it's not always the chick scheming, sometimes it's a genuine surprise. |
