I hope a thread like this isn't started already but I always love hearing what presents the affiliate programs give out.I do some mainstream stuff too so it's interesting to see who gives what.

Topbucks sent me $2 worth of scratch of lottery tickets and even went to the trouble to print a 4color instruction stuffer on how to get the money if I won.

What else have you gotten ? Anything?
