IP based domains ?

Most domains will only resolve via nameservers, but I am looking for domains that I can direct to a unique IP address rather than entering nameservers. I know .TV domains and .DE are available for that but they are both on the pricey side. Any alternatives?

I want to avoid that as I have 10 IPs only. I rather have a few ip based domains ...
