Time for a break...

How often do you all take breaks from your work? I need to take one after every couple of hours just to refresh my mind. Once I come back I tend to get more work done and done alot faster.

I'm pretty fried after about 4 hours. A nice little break really does help. Even if its just grabbing a sandwich or catching an episode of your favorite show on TV.

Yep for sure, I usually grab a bite to eat or play a game of playstation for about 30 minutes.
