Moving users -> Billing to Billing
 

Hey,

I´m sorta getting worried about the servicelevel at the host I´m using for one site (they handle billing too for the site - through ibill, grrrrr).

Anyway, if I decided to move on to another place - would it be possible to take the users with me, or would they have to be considered lost? (or kept on somehow till they cancelled, in the event that the ibill rebills were winding up on my desk)

Meaning, i want the current ibill users and their rebills transfered to for instance CCBill - is that possible? Or would I have to cut the losses, mail them (if I could get their mails) and see who wanted to follow ?

Cut the loss, and move elsewhere...or stay and see if something happens....

i know that some large companies have been able to move their user databases for rebilling from Ibill to CCBill some weeks ago - don't know if thats possible for everyone. why don't you ask the guys at CCBill? and i hope we speak about more than 2 members, do we? :Graucho
