Mpeg 2 customer has problems playing

A customer has problems playing mpeg2 using windows XP and media player. Its not the first time Ive heard this, is there a solution that anyone knows?

I´ve experienced that and all it took to fix it was downloading and reinstalling DirectX 9.0b. :thumbsup
