All depends on your lifestyle to be honest. If you own a few rental apartment buildings and have staff to handle the properties if you choose to take off for 6 months you are laughing. Then you can walk away from your apartment and still be making dinero :)

I own an apartemnt building and live in one of the units. It works out great because I'm single and don't need much room. There's a HUGE basement downstairs I converted part of into an office that's also connected right to the yard where my dog stays.

The fact that I have to actually leave my apartment to go to my office gives me sort of a sense of going to work....even though it's only down 2 flights of stairs, lol. I can't exactly sit in front of the computer in pj's or my tentants will freak seeing me wonder the building half naked, lol.
