Sponsors taking away sales...
 

I take it it's a bad sign when you have sales in your account one day and then a few days later they're all gone.

Are you sure their stats system is not the type that drops the days as it goes on? Like Climaxbucks used to do that. Just a thought, good luck with getting it worked out.

Maybe they charged back?

I'm positive. It shows monthly total as well as each day of the month on one page.

That could be a possibility for a sale or two, but 4 figures just went missing.

Regardless, they should show chargebacks in a different returns column or something....not subtract a number that was previously there with no trace :2 cents:

That will only lead people to think 'shaving' :)

I have one sponsor where I swear to God, it shows no sales at all in the stats but yet I get a check every week from them. ...

So I just keep my mouth shut.

Do sponsors still take sales away when that happens?
