overly huge ones like the ones in that pic.... just nasty. Strippers and porn stars (many) feel they're necessary... they're not.

The decently sized ones to add a cup size or two can be done tastefully... or not.

For the most part, I think the women who get them and never show them off (keep them under wraps) are alright. If you get them just to make your shirt fit better and add some "oomf" then go for it... but if you're just going to be showing off your aereola scars to the world... you might as well just stick with what you've got.

Two babies in 22 months and 8 months of breastfeeding and they just don't have the volume at the top that they had before, so I decided that I want fakies, lol. I think implants after you've had your kids can be a nice enhancement at that time in your life :) No one likes to feel 'used up'. Can you even breast feed after getting implants? I don't know...
