As a matter of fact, I know a guy here in Detroit who payed you 500.00 for a design and his emails and icq's are not responded to.

Its a shame, he is too nice a guy to be a ball buster and complain. He will probably be pissed I even said anything about it.

I know exactly who you are talking about, and between my move to california, and his three week vacation, we lost touch... I have recieved his email this week, and was planning to contact him this evening, to get my questions resolved so his project could be completed.

Although what bouncing checks for completed work, and this issue between me and him, 1. involves you, and 2. has anything to do with each other, is beyond me...

I think he'd go to the magistrate in the county where the checks were issued to have the warrants put out...

Do you have terms with your design sales? As in.. if you sell the rights to your work to a customer, does he have the right to use them upon receipt, or upon payment for the work.. and did you release the design to him? If you released the finished product to him and he hasn't paid for it, it seems that this would be a copyright violation if he is using the design and not paying for it...
