European Lee 12-12-2004 10:25 PM

Could be acid reflux symptoms, go see your doctor :)

Soda was the first thing the doctor told me to cut out of my diet, unless it has no caffeine or sugar in it. Same thing with coffee and some alcoholic beverages.

Iced tea, milk and low acid orange juice is pretty much all i drink now and i dont have the problem anymore :)

Lee

guess its from all the shit i been drinking the past week, i know it will go away, just hoping for a quick cure. i dont feel like being a man right now and tough it out, got work to do.

iwantchixx 12-12-2004 10:34 PM

it's probably the soda. i know it does amazing things to my throat. if i drink pop tonight i'll wake up tomorow with lava in my throat.

drink some milk, it will help neutralize your stomach acids

You shouldnt be eating toast.

The harshness of it will rip your eosophagus and allow the acid to have a much bigger effect.

Regular unsweetened white bread is what you should be eating :)
