What time do you go to bed?
 

I tend to go to bed very late so I can manage some stuff with American buddies.
Their timezone is like 5 hours behind on mine so I make "american hours" turning in around 4 am.
What time do you turn in?

I sleep as much as I can. I need my beauty sleep.

going to bed before 4:00 am is rare.

depends... between 10pm and 7am

4am - 7am.

around 10 onwards.

2pm -4pm, 12am-630 am 10am-1130am...then start over:thumbsup

it depends on when i wake up. if i wake up late then ill go to sleep late, but if im up early then i crash early

Whenever I feel tried. I can stay up for days without feeling any fatigue.:)

everytime i get my sleeping schedule back on track (go to bed around 9-10pm), somehow, it ALWAYS gets fucked up and i end up staying up till around 7am!:(

im in the same boat, its terrible. I always feel so much better when I wale up early work during the day and go to sleep early, but I end up staying up late working on something and fuck up my sleep pattern.

Im not going to bed tonight.
But normally 6 in the morning. But it happens also that i dont go to bed for 2 days.. depends how my mood is..
