no, the hair fetish niche breaks up differently than that. Yes, there is a black hair fetish but it isn't as common as red hair or different kinds of hair styles. That can work for you though if you are the one or two sites doing it. However, if you are doing beyond an avs site I would make it a section of a bigger hair fetish (not hairy) fetish site.
