Tertiary syphillus would also explain the inability to understand that it's no longer 1956, that people can and do think independantly, and also the mad-cow like twitching. When I used to DJ for a living, I had to run the board for this guys show...3 hours of thinking of the quickest way to kill myself with a turntable.
