Need A Vb/C++ Programmer

I posted a couple days ago but didn't find anyone.

What I need is a mailer that can send direct (through MX servers) through sock proxies. Every VB programmer keeps telling me I need to use relays, which I know isn't true. So unless you know what you're doing don't hit me up. If you know what I need and want to earn some extra loot hit me up.
