Depends on the traffic. My best advice - buy a spot on that MGP if you can and take it from there.

Exactly my point. Asking 'how much would you pay for a 100 000 MGP"
is as good as asking "how much would you pay for a 2 years old car", without specifying the make,the condition of the car etc.
