omg bro, if you can actually just inish one of those triatholons you'd be a legend in my eyes. wow.

i have a tough time trying to run 5 miles at a time, now i can only imagine me trying to run swim and bike 4 times that

my best buddy is a hardcore triathlete...before going his full time job, he goes to the gym at 6am and does a light workout....rides his bike to work....finishes work and goes for a swim for an hour, then runs around half the fucking city....and thats not even a real training day! its fucking crazy...
