I need to find work for a buddy of mine, AutoCAD + 3DStudioMax guru
 

I visited an old friend of mine, finishing architecture studies at the local University. He is very good at AutoCAD and 3DStudioMax. Working currently for some outsourcing fuck that pays him only 300Euro per project, or around 1200Euro per month, which for the work he does is far from the reasonable price. I mean, his work involves transferring blueprints and design plans to AutoCAD (very hard work ) and from there building 3DStudioMax renders, presentations of interior / exterior.

I saw some of his works, he does a very good job. If someone has any idea how I can find him a better job, let me know. Each project he does is 7 days minimum with 2 days of render time.

I told him to gaether his portfolio for me to upload, make him a site and find a better paying job.

If anyone here has suggestions LMK, I'll be glad to show some of his work once he gives it to me. He's not greedy, but I believe his work deserves at least twice as he gets now.

I believe $3000 per month for his services, or $800 per project is reasonable asking price.
