Does offering 10% webmaster referral program instead of 5% make any difference ?

What do you think, form a program owner point of view, is it worth to offer 10% webmaster referral program?

Or is the standard 5% fully sufficient?

It doesnt really matter much, but quite a few people would appreciate the extra %. Maybe offering 5% flat and 10% to people who send a lot of webmasters

we offer 15% on all sales
:) :) people who send us ref's love it

They must love it for sure, but they would still send you refs if you only paid 5%, wouldn't they?

Speaking as someone who makes all of his sponsor income from referals.... that extra % is great.

I mean, think about it from my point of view... 5... 10.... that's double. I would much rather double my income with 10% referals.

Course, I'm non-partial, so I promote all sponsors evenly, even if there is no webmaster referal system.

But an extra 5% is piddly to a program owner, but double to the affiliate. Just my point of view.

sure - but 15% makes them remember us first on top of our ratios

I love sponsors that take care of the people who help them :)

If you can send a sponsor new affiliates than I'm sure they can bump you anyways. :2 cents:

start it out at 5% for less than $100 weekly, and increase by a few % every $250
