I need a mainstream website building
 

If someone asked you to build the following website http://www.central-london-apartments.com/ , how much would you charge?


Here are the conditions:

1. You must not be a reseller
2. You must be an experienced designer - no spotty teenagers pls :)
3. You must be able to communicate with the client in order to understand what is required and how to best implement the project
4. You must be a professional, so I'm not going to be interested in using anyone who spends all day here arguing, shit-talking or posting pictures of their anus
5. You will need references + examples of previous work
6. I need the site completing in time for February-ish.

The project specs are exactly the same as the ones which went into making the site in question.
