Here are the conditions:
1. You must not be a reseller
2. You must be an experienced designer - no spotty teenagers pls
3. You must be able to communicate with the client in order to understand what is required and how to best implement the project
4. You must be a professional, so I'm not going to be interested in using anyone who spends all day here arguing, shit-talking or posting pictures of their anus
5. You will need references + examples of previous work
6. I need the site completing in time for February-ish.
