Dude, It's not a REMAKE ,, its based on the Book,

Johnny Depp is a tough guy to follow, he's played so many different roles... he definitely managed to avoid getting type-cast.. that's for sure.

Anyway, the movie looks pretty good... Tim Burton always comes up with the most twisted and yet amazing sets.

I knew that already, OOMPA LOOMPAS were in the book, they are in that movie.
