Anyone know how to get chin fat to go away?
 

Any guys out there who dont like that double chin stuff? Sometimes like me you stay in shape and keep extra good looking for the ladies but that double chin from drinking and salt retention over the years builds up. Does anyone know a way to get rid of this chin fat?

Drink lots of water. :2 cents: Trust me. Piss your brains out, drink lots of water. Take ephedra and chew nicotine gum before a run. Problem solved in two weeks.

Why nicotine gum?

Nicotine gum and Ephedra are amazing together. I'm not exactly sure why but some people say its better than Clenbuterol...but of course if you could get your hands on Clenbuterol then take that. You can shed 10lbs of pure body fat in 2 weeks.

But the double chin thing has to be taken care of with water and a little cardio.

Uhmmm not too sure. I'm almost positive that the packaging says Clenbuterol on it. Mexico is the most popular place to get it. It isn't illegal but it is banned in the U.S. I've heard stories of customs opening up packages but never actually confiscating the Clen after finding it.

i have just the facial exercise for you! it's a little hard to describe but here goes:

make your face and chin do a lizard thing. you know, pull the corners of your mouth out and down and make the muscles in your neck stick out. do it and hold it for 30-60 seconds, twice a day and that neck butter will tighten up in no time.
