CCBILL, is there a problem again? Here are my stats for the last 3 days...

Very, ABNORMAL for someone with a 1:1900 ratio for the year.

Now here it is again, only it is the 3 days prior to that.

Same traffic, only 1:911 ratio and $171 in sales.


OK, now the 3 days prior again,

A 1:700 ratio and $148 total... these are my NORMAL stats... I find it very unlikely that I have not made a single sale in 3 days.

This is what slow would normally look like and I can accept this:

1:2018 ratio, ok... $89 well, shit happens.. but ZERO dollars is just not possible. Not when I actually increased my traffic to you! There just isn't any way this can happen.

BTW, before you say maybe it is my traffic, nothing has changed. Same providers. All signups to every other sponsor is working just fine. Nasty Dollars, Verotel, TCG, Top Buck, Sunny Dollars, Perfect Gonzo, Adult Action Cash, Weg Cash. All are getting signups just like normal. Only my singups that go through the CCBILL stats are not getting credited.

You've got mail. Still not even a little itty bitty signup... this is crazy because my traffic sources are the same that have been paying me non-stop for 3 months now. And they have increased in size so I am actually doing about 50% more traffic in the last week then I have ever done before. Only 4th through the 6th days ago I was actually showing signups that reflected the jump in traffic! So to go to absolute Zero is a computer malfunction or something. This same thing happened about 1 month ago and when CCBILL looked into it, cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching, they found the lost signups and credited me them. I hope I see those, "You have referred a sale" emails coming in soon. Especially since up until 3 days ago they were coming in back to back to back....

It's true .... i HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM HERE ! Since 4 years now I always had at least 4-5 sign ups per day but now I regulary have 2 or 3 days without any fucking signups ....Even if I have 75% more affiliates and posting tgp's regulary . Please CCbill Fix that cuz it's impossible to be true !

OK, start at the top, notice the number of hits... I have always sent that number, I never dropped down to 1 - 2K a day. CCBILL says it was just a hit counter error and I got paid either way. I think they are right. Now I am showing my real hits again (they fixed that problem seemingly 5 days ago). Cool.

But look at the regularity of signups. Twice I have 3 days with none and once I have 2 days with none. Both of the 3 day periods I actually sent more than my average traffic to them. I think their hit counting is still off and should be around 7K but no one is perfect. Notice the build up over the last 10 days I got paid. For the last three days I sent a good deal more traffic than the $90 day which is the day I got paid for last. I sent the extra traffic because of the build up of signups. I know I should have at least 2 or 3 per day... Even 1... but a 0:13500 ratio (and growing) is getting pretty fishy...

I am not saying any PERSON is responsible since I code a lot of apps myself. I know shit gets fucked up once in a while and certain acounts can be affected while others are not. But I do want this shit fixed. And I also want my signups found and credited.

Don't compare PPS with revshare for many reasons

PPS rarely count 1st page clicks
most PPS won't credit all your sales
and so on


Lately I noticed that I was sending a very small # of hits (high quality traffic) to a very big sponsor that has both revshare program (paying very high %) and one that also pays $XX/trial. Both programs of the sponsor are identical on billing, exits etc, the only difference is the one is revshare and the other PPS. I don't give full info since my post is just an example of many, not trying to bash someone.


The revshare from 14 trials, 6 monthly sales and 7 rebills brought me $XXX back. The PPS would have paid me 90% more money for the exact same traffic; almost double money. Do you think if I had sent the same traffic to the PPS i would have credited 20 sales from 177 hits?

From a pay site perspective I have noticed a lot of denials coming in waves lately. But today was ok, so who knows.

From an affiliate perspective. I have one site that I send search engine traffic to, that has really gone down hill on conversions in the last week or so.
ccbill say nothing is wrong so again who knows.

Right but I have only 2 CCBILL sponsors that even have PPS, and those 2 I haven't pushed traffic to. So this is all revshare I do with ccbill sites.

Click my WWW and you can see what paysites have these ratio's. My point is that I doubt 50 sponsors all decided not to pay me for the next 3 days and CCBILL wouldn't do it for them because it'd be to big of a scandle. So what has been happening these last 3 days? If I have 2, 3, 4, 5 or more signups for 2 weeks then hit 3 days with nothing again I am going to really wonder if there was some fine print that said there would be a three day cooling-off-period or something and I just missed that section in the TOS.

SO much joins, and so less rebills...I assume you are promting ccbill revshare programs?

If I didn't have my occasional rebills I wouldn't make any money on CCBill sites right now. 0:9000 on December 08... :mad:

Funny enough, last month the same shit between November 07 and 10 (about 1:8000, rest of the month 1:1500)

I think ccbill is not accepting ppl to get passed to sites processed by them....

I had a zero sales day with ccbill yesterday also, which is not normal. If it happened once or twice I could accept it as a statistical anomaly (sp?) but it has been happening repeatedly since October 2003.

If any program masters see this, would you please take a moment to scan over your non affiliate sales yesterday, and see if any referers suggest that an affiliate actually DID send that surfer? (Unfortunately ccbill also eats up an unusually high number of referers so this may be difficult to prove)

Thanks or giving us a try. I can't promise you we will convert 10 times better, but I can promise you, we do much better on the rebills. When I look at my private stats, so not as program owner, my rebills are around 45% of my total income in a month...

i dont see how you can blame ccbill because you havent been getting your few joins a day that you happen to get every other day, and they have 3 bad days in a row. my ccbill stats are 1:564.7 with a lot more traffic, which is pretty consistant for me.

honestly your numbers are far too low to consider "ratios". Now when you're doing 150-200 signups a day, and it drops to zero, then yeah, something is wrong.

As a webmaster with 4 sites using CCBill, I was worried as this month has been a disaster so far... November was my best ever in almost 6 years running pay sites and suddenly a mega drop in sales.

I called them yesterday to check if anything was wrong and they did a test sign up which worked.. I have the same traffic as usual etc. so it has to be the time of the year...

We all think it's just ourselves who have a prob but having spoken to a few friends in the UK... They're seeing the same. Even the avs/aen side of my biz is very slow, so maybe surfers are saving up for Xmas pesents...

december has historically been the best month of year for me, I dont see how you guys can say its the time of year. Everyones in spend mode right now...just wait till January :2 cents:

just to let you know that I checked my Ibill stats for the last 2 weeks and I got more sign ups with them then CCbill EVEN if Ibill is my 2 (second) processor .... Client used Ibill when they can't join with CCbill . Is that normal ? Sure not ! :Graucho

Just take a look at my Joining page It's clear that they only join Ibill when they have problems with CCbill but more sign ups with Ibill sounds impossible !

Let me say this:

Yes, CCBill investigates all we can regarding complaints about ratios/throughput, etc?we do whatever we can to find out if there are issues that may be affecting the above.

However, please remember that historically during the last few weeks of the year, many students are studying and taking their finals, personal budgets are tight due to the holiday season, we notice things such as more nsf rebill declines than usual, etc?when looking at your ratio, please take seasonal factors such as this into account, I have noticed that things are slightly more sporadic this time of year...
