What is everyone using for Accounting Software?

Ok, I haven't kept book on the computer at all. I recently got my s-corp set up at the end of September. What I want to do is enter all my checks from like ccbill, ibill, and all the other companies that have sent me checks. Then have deductions for certain categories etc. What program would work best for this? I bought MS Money 2005 delux but I don't think it is really what I needed/wanted now. I pretty much just need to enter all my check info that I have got in 04 and then all my deductions and list them under categories like software, hardware, domain names, travel expenses etc.

Can I easily do this?

Quickbooks, but its best for sending invoices at as well, so I dont know if its going to fit exactly into what you are looking for.

So will quickbooks do the job you all think? I don't need to use it for much. I basically just need to enter all my checks I have got in 04. (Some of them were into my personal checking account and some of them were into the business account) I didn't get the business account sent up until Oct 1st this year... Can I just enter my total deposits and say from what company and then enter my deductions for each month under categories?

I can't seem to find this stuff in Money 05 deluxe. I'm pry just to stupid heh.

Quickbooks & Peachtree are both great.

Be sure to purchase a legit copy. You don't want to risk your accounting information from a kazaa download.

We use Quickbooks.
We don't use a super new version either. And what we use works well.

Buy an older version it will save you the bucks and get you what you need...:2 cents:

EscortBiz 12-09-2004 04:29 PM

AVOID peachtree
