I think I'm finally getting tired of this industry
 

Not the money or frankly any of the people in it that I've met or dealt with personally.

But wherever you go, it's a constant barrage of drama and hatred.

Business competition and rivalries are one thing, but the backstabbing, attacks, and outright slanderous statements I see on a day to day basis are getting worse by the day.

It's getting impossible to say you like or respect someone to another person without fearing the possible backlash.

very few people i am open and candid with.. its sad some of the stuff that goes on inside of our biz.. but like any other biz its cut throat...

my reply to ron is simple.. u make someone sad or u make someone mad.. its pretty sad that people cant realize that even though this is a biz there are ethics and ways to do biz..

Not expecting people to be giving each other hugs and so forth but there is a professonalism that has to kick in at some point.. sad part is not alot of people realize this..

The funny thing is, is it's never even happened to ME (knock on wood).

I worked many different jobs and found the adult industry to be no different, from most.

I simply view it as company politics (whether or not we are actually one big company, people treats us all the same).

Sales, fabrication, auto body & customisation, pleasure dealer, yadda-yadda ... they more or less all have good days and bad, assholes and nice peeps.

I do not take work nor money very seriously as I believe they are not important in life (and this around the time when most will tell me to shut it), but they are nice.

If your not the target of bullshit...

Just step aside of it or even just fucken ignore it.
Ya got a choice really and the choice is simple.

Fill your life with events you choose, not what others choose.

If you got game and honest game your untouchable and its your fault for letting others get in your head and ruin your mindset.

I think to an extent its no different than other forms of business, just that in adult we have a lot of individuals working for themselves so their attacks are more open, but in a company setting these attacks also occur, except they are behind closed doors and behind peoples backs because you arent in a position of power to fire the individual you are attacking and will have to work with them on a day-to-day basis. Just a thought.

Every industry Adult or not experiences something negative. I currently work at an ATM company and it is filled with drama on a daily basis. A company takeover is threating my employment.

Nobody are true friends. Friends are those who want something from one another in some form. When someone no longer needs a person, a friend, they grow apart. In reference to this industry, people become friends because of business opportunities of one another, and once one business is far more successful than the other that successful business no longer needs the other and grows apart.

I have an uncle who used to be an economics professor says the same thing...cut throat competition and school politics. Hated his job.

I have a cousin who works for U.S senator....says the same thing.

Sames goes for people I know who is a CPA, doctor, ... even church pastor.

I think depends on who you meet. I have met some assholes and made some good friends in this biz.
