My Internext Conditioning Program.
I begin this intense workout program at least 3 weeks before the big event here in Vegas.
I thought I'd share with you guys to help you better prepare for the physical hardships of a show. Week 1: Monday - Stand for 1 hour with glass in hand. Tuesday - day off Wednesday - Stand for 1 hour with glass in hand. Friday - day off Saturday - Stand for 1 hour with glass in hand. Sunday - Observe Sabbath kill pagans. Week 2: Important week for ramping up to the show. Monday - Stand for 2 hours with glass in hand. Tuesday - Stand for 2 hours with glass in hand. Wednesday - day off. Thursday Stand for 3 hours with glass in hand. Friday - Stand for 4 hours with glass in hand. Saturday - Stand for 5 hours with glass in hand. Sunday - Observe Sabbath kill more pagans. Week 3: Not only will we increase the standing time, but we will now focus on the voice box and for those who drink tolerance. Monday - Stand for 6 hours with beer in hand, drink one beer every hour for 6 hours. Shout for 15 minutes every hour on the hour. Tuesday - Stand for 7 hours with beer in hand, drink one beer every hour for 7 hours. Shout for 15 minutes every hour on the hour. Wednesday - Day off, but drink beer all day. Thursday - Stand for 8 hours with beer in hand, drink one beer every hour for 8 hours mixing in shots of jagermeister or tequila every 2 hours. Shout for 15 minutes every hour on the hour. Friday - Stand for 9 hours with beer in hand, drink one beer every hour for 9 hours mixing in shots of jager, tequila. Shout for 15 minutes every hour on the hour. Saturday - Stand for 10 hours with beer in hand, drink one beer every hour for 10 hours, mix in shots of jager, tequila,. Shout for 15 minutes every hour on the hour. Sunday - Observe Sabbath and kill even more pagans. Now you can add other things to this program like: Ear Drum conditioning: Turn on radio to full volume as you practice shouting. what are you going to do about the head snaps? dont want to get there w/o warmup and strain yourself, you will end up in traction

Pretty good, I do about the same except that I spend a two hours every weeknight, and 5 hours on the weekends walking thru the malls with a full glass and try to keep from spilling any on me or anyone else.

hehe of course the women need to practice this in high heels, with increasing heel height and stiletto-thinness. :)
And don't forget you have to stand there holding your coat and your drink after the first hour of standing. Also I think some flair needs to be put into the phrase, "Hey, wanna come party?" Too often I hear it with poor delivery or lackluster attitude. Let's get in shape, people! |
