Should illegal immigrants lose their drivers licenses?
 

All I keep hearing on CNN is the sob story of these "Illegal" immigrants losing their drivers licenses and all the hardships and problems it's gonna cause them.

Am I missing something or should they NOT have had those licenses in the first place??

If they didn't have lic how would the get to work mowing you lawn, cleaning your house, cooking your food, doing your laundry... etc etc etc

not only should they lose it, they should be deported.

yes, certainly those that works as housekeepers, cooks, maids, gardeners for the US politicians, dont need drivers licenses....

The issue they, the illegal immigrants keep bringing up is that they are not terrorists so it should not affect them.

What they fail to realize is that the underground system that is in place to help these illegal immigrants obtain fake id's etc is in place for anyone to do so.

Regardless, what they are doing is illegal and wouldn't be accepted in their country either.

Hell I remember a man from my aunt's home town went hunting along the Texas border with some friends and briefly crossed into Mexican territory. They were stopped and because they had rifles for hunting were put in jail.

It took months and shitloads of bribe money to get him out..and this was only after spending shitloads of money going through the proper legal channels got them nowhere.

Yes they should lose their licenses. The DL is the defacto national ID in this country. I want any asshole that can get here to have one.....NOT.

I feel bad for them and all, but by allowing one you're opening up the flood gates. I say be strict and deport them to avoid even more boarder jumpers.
